In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to schedule a phone interview using the Car Guys ATS. From the New Applicant tab, drag the candidate card to Phone Interview, Message 1.

When you drop the card into that stage, the system immediately sends the candidate both a text and an email that includes your calendar link for scheduling.
