What You’ll Do

• Perform structural, frame, and body repairs using OEM‑approved methods
• Complete dent repair, panel replacement, welding, and refinishing prep
• Conduct thorough teardown and reassembly with attention to detail
• Work closely with estimators to ensure accurate repair plans
• Maintain proper documentation of all repairs and parts used
• Follow safety standards, shop procedures, and quality control expectations
• Keep a clean, organized work area and care for shop equipment

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Experience as a Body Shop Technician, Collision Repair Tech, or Auto Body Repair Specialist
• Strong metalwork, panel repair, and structural repair abilities
• Familiarity with frame machines, welders, and modern repair equipment
• Ability to read and follow repair orders, estimates, and OEM procedures
• A commitment to quality, accuracy, and safe repair practices
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• I‑CAR or OEM certifications are a plus, but not required
