What You’ll Be Doing
- • Greeting customers and writing repair orders with accuracy
- • Communicating clearly between customers and technicians
- • Managing workflow, dispatching jobs, and keeping the shop moving
- • Reviewing inspections, presenting recommendations, and building trust
- • Following up, closing RO’s, and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- • Helping maintain CSI scores and repeat business
What You Bring
