Job Description

Are you a go-getter with a knack for lead generation and client engagement? CarGuys Inc. is looking for a BDC/Lead Generation Expert to join our energetic team in Rockford, MI. This direct hire position offers you the chance to be at the forefront of our growth, using your skills to generate leads, schedule demos, and follow up with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Utilize email, texting, and cold calling to create a robust pipeline of new leads and potential clients.

• Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct engaging demos with potential clients to highlight our top-tier recruitment solutions.

• Follow-Up: Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction.

• Data Management: Keep precise records of client interactions and lead information in our CRM system.

• Collaboration: Partner with our sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, BDC (Business Development Center), or a related field.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.

•  Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

• A passion for the automotive, RV, or powersports industry is a plus.
