Currently we have a dealership in your area looking to hire an Automotive Title Clerk.

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional administrative abilities, and a deep understanding of automotive title procedures, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the titling process for all vehicle sales, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork.

• Research and verify ownership and lienholder information to ensure proper documentation.

• Prepare and submit all necessary documents.

• Communicate effectively with customers, banks, lienholders, and regulatory agencies to resolve any title-related issues or inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all title transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Coordinate with the sales and finance departments to ensure smooth and efficient title transfers for vehicle sales.

• Stay up-to-date with current laws, regulations, and industry practices related to automotive titles.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus).

• Proven experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or in a similar role within the automotive industry.

• In-depth knowledge of automotive title processes and state-specific requirements.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient computer skills and experience working with automotive title software and systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve title-related issues.

• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
